The Delaware Department of Corrections has a serious job within the Delaware Government. Many may not know they are the ones that lock up the people who commit crimes within their state. These crimes can be anywhere from misdemeanors to capital murder. The Delaware Department of Corrections prides itself on having some of the best facilities within the United States.
When an inmate is first brought into the Department of Corrections, they will be evaluated to see where they should get places and what security level will best suit them. They will be sent off to their new home from then on, where they will serve out their sentences.
